John Pollock

John Pollock was born and raised in Arlington. He has seen the Dallas/Fort Worth area grow to a booming metropolitan area. While knowing and loving his territory has played a role in his success as a Realtor, business management sense has made him exceptional.

John first became interested in the real estate industry after his wife, Janis, earned her license. During the ‘70s, John and Janis were fascinated by their ability to reap profits by purchasing houses, remodeling, and selling them. In 1979 John became a licensed realtor, and delved into the industry in full force that year.

After almost three decades in the business, John has climbed to the upper echelon of the real estate industry as reflected on the following awards and designations:

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
